Planter Hyperhidrosis, it means excess of foot sweating. In medical term we call it Planter Hyperhidrosis. This problem is very distressing and chronic. Actually they are two type of Hyperhidrosis, primary and secondary and Plantar Hyperhidrosis include in primary Hyperhidrosis. This problem make people feel shy and self conscious.

Cause

Some people sweat due to:

• Nervousness.

Lumber Sympathectomy

It is one of the surgical treatment for Plantar Hyperhidrosis. It is done with the help of general anesthesia. They have 3 small cuts for the endoscopic approach into the retro-peritoneal area. If surgeon visualized the sympathetic chain at lumber region then they either excised or clamped at the level L3-L4. This procedure will done on the both side. Operation is done within an hour and patient need to stay at hospital for one day at least.

Side effects of Lumber Sympathectomy,
