Herbs for excessive sweating

Excessive sweating is an chronic issue and therefore it requires several changes to help body to come back into balance. Herbs, it is plants and it works very gently for excessive sweating. They is no guarantee that if you take it and you will cure immediately. There is no immediate results but also there is no side effect. Example of herb is herb tea and plant. Herb tea is very effective for excessive sweating but this may be something that will clear up on its own with time.

Excessive sweating is due to heat, strong emotions, exercise. During excessive sweating, avoid green tea ephedra, cinnamon, Japanese mint juniper berries, kudzu, lobelia, red cedar, mate, yohimbe and sassafras.

Sweating is a healthy reaction of the body to rid itself of toxins. If there is no known cause for excessive sweating, alleviate the symptoms with herbs:

1-Use these things to bathe feet and hands

-tormentil root,

-oak bark,

-witch hazel leaves,

-walnut leaves

-eucalyptus leaves,

-Add 5 tbsp. of this mixture to 2 qt. of water and boil for five minutes. Strain and add 1 qt. of cold water.

2-Sage: For sweat-producing nerve fibers, sage has a calming action. After taking sage juice, tea or tincture, suppression of perspiration begin after 2 hours taking it. and lasts for several days. Use 20 sage leaves (4 tbsp.) per day. Bring 2 cups of water with 4 tbsp. of sage leaves to boil and simmer for five minutes. Strain and drink in the evening.

Alternatively, mix 5 tbsp. of sage leaves, 1 tbsp. of Valerian root and horsetail. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp. of this mixture, bring to boil again, strain and drink 1 cup daily, or as needed.

3-If sweating is due to anxiety.

-Drink a calming tea of peppermint, fennel seed and lemon balm seeds before going to bed.

-Avoid elderberry and linden flowers it increase the chances of sweating

4-For night sweating,

-Use two parts each of wild strawberry leaves and stinging nettle leaves.

-Use three parts each of sage leaves and walnut leaves.

-Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tsp. of this mixture and drink before bed.
